Chức danh: Bác sĩ Y tế cơ quan.


Số lượng: 01 người.


Tiêu chuẩn:


- Về chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học Y.


- Giới tính: Nữ. Tuổi: không quá 40.


- Phẩm chất: Có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.


- Ưu tiên các ứng viên tốt nghiệp ngành Bác sĩ đa khoa và có kinh nghiệm nghề nghiệp, sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.


Nơi làm việc: TP Vũng Tàu.


Hồ sơ gồm:


- Đơn xin việc (dán ảnh mới chụp trong vòng 6 tháng).


- Sơ yếu lý lịch có xác nhận của địa phương.


- Giấy khám sức khỏe còn giá trị sử dụng.


- Bản sao Giấy chứng minh nhân dân, Bản sao Giấy khai sinh (có công chứng).


- Bản sao các bằng cấp, giấy chứng nhận đã tốt nghiệp, các chứng chỉ có liên quan (có công chứng).
