I am currently seeking for “HR Officer” position for an oil and gas company in Vung Tau.


Title: HR Officer


Job Description:


Drive the recruitment with set budget.


Cooperate with other hiring managers to find out the particular needs.


Preparing job descriptions and person specifications.


Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised.


Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right calibre candidates.


Execute pre-screening, final phone or face to face interviews prospective applicants in concern with assessment.


Oversee the induction and orientation of new employees to the company


Coordinate orientation training to new staff members


Job Requirements:


Have Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or equivalent.


At least 2 years of experience in recruitment management or HR management.


Have a broad networking is a plus.


Good communication skill.


English: intermediate, both written and speaking


The gross salary is around $700/month with very attractive benefit and allowances up to $200 per month.
