Requirement:
- Degree' university
- Have 2 years working experiences in Headhunt at least 1 year in manager level in Headhunt or in HR general
- English is fluent
- Big network and strong in recruitment skill

Job description:
1. Market and business development planning and implementation yearly and quarterly for ESS service.
2. Generated increased revenue through development of ESS service in HCMC office.
3. Manage ESS team in HCMC office.
4. Conducting market research in the South as well as targeted focus groups
5. Planning, setting and reaching revenue targets for the ESS team in HCMC
6. Expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
7. Developing new business to create opportunities and establish new client wells.
8. Planning of hiring staff for ESS department in HCMC, in cooperation with HR Department.
9. In charge of Sales training: Qualifying customers; Sales Process; Closing the sale; Sales refining; Probation specialized training; Time management; Networking, etc.
10. Planning for staff development training in terms of functional and management skills.
11. Manage staff in HCMC office in general admin function
12. Other tasks are assigned by BOM.
