Job Title: Customer Service Project Manager


1. Job Discription


Project Manager for offshore BPO (Detail will be discussed in the interview)


2. Job Requirment


a. Education


- University or above degree


- Japanese language: Above grade 02 (grade 1 is preferable)


- At least 03 years working experiences in Business


- Working experiences in Japanese Company is preferable


b. Personalities


- Strong loyalty for the job and the company


- Pro-active and responsible


- Strong leadership, Self Management skill and Business Management skill


- Male/Female: from 26 to 30 years old


- Able to work independently after certain backup support to launch the project


- Able to work even under pressure working environment (of course, the support team will encourage to find a solution, anytime.)


- Good at communication skill and negotiation skill
