Duties


• Develop HR strategies ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.


• Develop, implement and monitor effective compensation and benefits policies as well as motivation programs (training, career path, performance indicators measurement, incentive scheme, appraisals, team activities, etc...) to ensure the company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees and foster staff loyalty and commitment and develop performance.


• Establish and promote good labor relations system in the company.


• Provide HR advice to BOD, line managers and employees.


• Monitor present and future trends of local labor situation (incl. salaries and benefits) and legislation. Recommend appropriate action to BOD.


• Ensure compliance with the labor related laws and regulations.


• Ensure effective human resource information system.


• Train and supervise all employees in HR department.


• Perform other related duties and work as assigned.


Requirements:


• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Laws or Business Administration.


• 5 years HR working experience, of which at least 3 years in managerial positions.


• Good knowledge of labor related laws and regulations.


• Strong experience in developing strategies, policies & procedures.


• Good English writing, speaking and listening skills.


• Good command of MS Office.


• Good communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills


• Knowledge of accounting & IT industry will be an advantage
