    Responsibility Allowance Calculation:


    Responsibility Allowance is not a part of Fixed Allowance.


    This Allowance only apply to some positions that need more duties and responsibilities such as Staffs, Assistant Leader and above position.


    Staffs can receive full Responsibility Allowance if there are none of the following cases happen during the month, except annual leave not more than 5 working days.


    Deduction of Responsibility Allowance is done with the following conditions:


    1. Absent, Responsibility Allowance will be deducted as much as 3 working days / one absent.


    2. Warning letter, Responsibility Allowance will be deducted as below:


    a. First warning letter, will deduct for 1 month.


    b. 2nd warning letter, will deduct for 2 months, respectively.


    c. 3rd warning letter, will deduct permanently.


    3. Unpaid leave, Responsibility Allowance will be deducted base on number of day permit.


    4. MC, Responsibility Allowance will be deducted base on number of MC days.


    5. Late,


    • Not more than total accumulated of 30 minutes/month, deduct 25%.


    • Not more than total accumulated of 60 minutes/month, deduct 50%.


    • Not more than total accumulated of 90 minutes/month, deduct 75%.


    • Not more than total accumulated of 120 minutes/month, deduct 100%.


    Attendance Allowance Calculation:


    Attendant Allowance is not a part of Fixed Allowance.


    (A) This Allowance will only give in Full 100% with the following conditions:


    1. Never Absent.


    2. Never take Unpaid Leave.


    3. Late not more than total accumulated of 15 minutes/month.


    4. Never go back early from working hours that have been determined.


    5. Never MC in a month, except work accident MC.


    6. Do not receive any warning letter in the month.


    (B) This Allowance will only give in Half 50% with the following conditions:


    1. Never Absent.


    2. Never take Unpaid Leave.


    3. Late not more than total accumulated of 30 minutes/month.


    4. Never go back early from working hours that have been determined.


    5. MC not more than 1 day, except work accident MC.


    6. Do not receive any warning letter in the month.


    Attendance Allowance is only applicable to those workers under Contract basis.


    Staffs level will depend on agreement made during interview.


    Transport Allowance Calculation:


    Transport Allowance is not a part of Fixed Allowance.


    This Allowance will base on daily working attendance in full 8 hours working time.


    Deduction will base on number of unworking days in a month."
