The resort is set on the renowned ‘Cua Dai Beach’ Hoi An. With its central location, the resort is only 35 minutes from Da Nang airport and 5 minutes to explore the old heritage town of Hoi An. The ancient town of Hoi An, 30 km south of Da Nang, lies on the banks of the Thu Bon River. Occupied by early western traders, Hoi An was one of the major trading centers of Southeast Asia in the 16th century.


All rooms are facing the sea with private balconies and some have direct access to the beach from private terraces. Room facilities featured single and double vanity, bathtub or shower, air-conditioning, television, IDD telephone, mini bar, safety box, hairdryer, wireless internet, coffee and tea making facilities.


A large swimming pool is in the center of the resort surrounded by a tropical garden. A spa, located next to the pool, is a haven for pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Our spa facilities include two treatment rooms, four massage pavilions, Jacuzzi and two steam rooms. Pedicure and manicure services are also available at our resort’s spa.


Currently, we are looking for Director of Sales & Marketing and Public Relation for the territory, namely Ho Chi Minh City. The territory is expected to effectively promote the image and services of Boutique Hoi An Resort while assuring the achievement of annual, pre-determined hotel sales targets through effective servicing of existing accounts.

JOB INFORMATION


Position Director of Sales & Marketing and Public Relation


Job Description 1. Director of Sales & Marketing


- To promote the hotel in the assigned territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions.


- To perform duties within the framework defined by hotel norms and by internal regulations.


- To set and meet the objectives, sales target and budgeted revenue.


- To develop and maintain relationship with key and potential accounts.


- To draw up the hotel sales and marketing related activities and strategic planning.


- To be responsible for the regular review, update and training of staff.


- To ensure that all client requests and servicing are attended to and fulfilled by all sales personnel and administration staff.


- To identify market’s need and develop the product accordingly.


- To draw up the marketing plan annually together with the General Manager based on the hotel guidelines.


- To monitor business leads to ensure the budget is met.


- To oversee the administration of the sales team concerning internal communication, filing system, office flow system, inventory control and daily correspondences with clients.


- To identify business potential and upkeep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondences in view of contract signing with them.


-To analyze statistics and implement strategies to achieve the set goals and objectives in the marketing plan.


2. Public Relation


- Responsible for maintaining the company's website or the intranet web pages


- Responsible for organizing press conference, exhibitions and press tours


- Manage the company's publicity strategies, evaluate the advertising and promotional programs and ensure that it is compatible with the target audience.


- Require drafting speeches of the company's top executives for public meetings.


Job Reqquirement 1. Director of Sales & Marketing


- From 3-5 years experience in similar management position. Working for Hotel is one advantage


- Excellent both Oral & Verbal in English, knowledge of second main language is an definitive advantage


- Strong knowledge in Sales & marketing field


- Computer – literate


- Have strong organization and good team leader skills


- Can work under high pressure


- Strong team player with a “can – do” attitude


- Hospitality and independently in work


- Expatriate are welcome to apply


- Age: 25-40


2. Public Relation


- A good understanding of the company's objectives and pro-activeness in generating new ideas.


- Obtain a good managerial and communication skill.


- Be able to think out of the box and react quickly


- Good understanding of the hospitality industry


- Fluency in English (Spoken, written and comprehension)
