Thưa các anh chị,

Tôi đang làm hành chính - nhân sự và có đảm trách công việc tuyển dụng khá nhiều, Trong thời gian này khi tiếp xúc với công việc này va tìm hiểu về headhunt tôi thật sự rất muốn được làm công việc này. Các anh chị Headhunt có thể chia sẻ kinh nghiệm cho tôi cũng như những yêu cầu cần có của 1 headhunt hay làm thế nào để làm được head hunt vì tôi xem trên các tuyển dụng thì không thấy đăng tuyển tìm headhunt

Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates in FMCG sector.

Promote and build awareness of Navigos Search's capabilities to our existing Client database.

Be an active networker.

Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.

Organize interviews between Client and Candidates.

Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.

Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.

Perform other tasks assigned by manager or director.

What You Are Good At
What You Are Good At
We are looking for local Vietnamese with details as below:

Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Sales or other related fields. Oversea study is a plus.
At least 2 year experience with Manufacturing sector in sales; merchandising or HR/recruitment. What we need from you is the PASSION working with people. Navigos Search can support you to build up the rest.
Excellent CAN-DO attitude
Language: fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible.
Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels.
A professional, independent, confident, excellent team-work and knowledge-sharing spirit.
